Now if that was a donkey that was shot in the cartoon it would be almost legitamate political satire and not racism. The caption says clearly says that it's funny to target the AUTHOR of the stimulus bill. It's NOT FUNNY and NOT O.K. TO JOKE ABOUT SHOOTING THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITIED STATES. The caption doesn't say, now there won't be a stimulus bill. It says, "Now there won't be anyone to write the stimulus bill. Are you getting it yet?? WAKE UP racists!! O.K. HOW STUPID CAN YOU GET??
